Sub-Junior and Junior Men’s and Women’s Nordic Powerlifting Championships 2010 in Lempäälä, Finland

Technical Meeting: Friday 23th of April at 2000 hours at Hotel-Restaurant Vaihmalan
Hovi, includes also referees meeting organized by Margetta Salminen,
responsible for the referee list.
Referees: All nordic countries must send one international class referee for the
meet. Finland will offer also one referee candidate for the Int. Cat.
I class test if enough lifts will take place.

Room prices vary between 40 euro up to 98 euro/room/night/double room. Accommodation fees
can be paid at the hotel by credit card or cash.
Transportation: There are no transportations arranged by the organizer.
Best way to come to the venue/hotel is either to Helsinki-Vantaa
airport or Tampere airport. From Helsinki, it takes about 1 hour 15
minutes by rental car. From Tampere, it will take about 30 minutes.
Also bus connections are available.
Scales: Scales available at venue, and hotel-restaurant.
Training: Training facilities available at venue.
Flag and anthem: Will be provided by the Organizer.
Closing Banquet: Saturday 24th of April, 2000 hours at venue place. Price Euro 25,00
per person.
Participation Fee: 400 eur / team must be paid at the technical meeting for the
organizer.
Nominations: Team nomination forms, (finals) must be in the hands of the Meet
Director and the NPF Championship Secretary not later than: 26th
March 2010.
All lifters are expected to present passports and other required
documents at the weigh-in.

Health Insurance: All delegate members must have a valid health insurance. The
Organizer and the NPF will not incur any expenses for a doctor or
a stay in hospital. We recommend a travel insurance for covering loss
of luggage, delayed flights, etc.

Weigh in time 07:00-08:30 hours Classes Sub-junior women, Junior women, Sub-junior men Start 09:00 hours
Weigh in time 11:00-12:30 hours Classes Junior men Start 13:00 hours
Victory Ceremonies: Immediately after the end of each lifting session.
Important Note: Changes may be made to the schedule of events at the Technical
Meeting depending on the number of lifters finally entered at this occasion.
